I have just bought a new KIA Forte5 and I couldn’t be happier!


To receive excellent customer service is a rarity these days; that is why I would like to acknowledge, and praise it when it happens. I have just bought a new KIA Forte5 and I couldn’t be happier.

Ken Eckdahl was very patient, and informative with me while I was exploring my choices. When I finally knew what I wanted he managed to locate it for me. The colour, model, and options I wanted were very specific but he was able to negotiate with the only dealership that carried it. They brought it in from Vancouver Island and were able to get it to me in just a couple days. Not only am I grateful for not having to wait a long period of time; but I really appreciate them doing it without extra charge.

I had mentioned to Ken and Ben Williams that I was without a car, and Ben even lent me his car to get to work until my car arrived! It made my life so much easier, and I cant thank him enough. Then Ben personally gave me a call when it arrived, and sent me a picture to share the excitement. For the wait they had free rain guards, and a bug shield installed;  plus they filled my car up. Ben has been very thoughtful, and exceeded my expectations by far. There was the tiniest of a scratch, and he booked me in to get it buffered out. Ben even sat with me and kept me company while I waited. I felt as if I was buying a $100,000 car; or something.

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience so thank you Ben, Ken and everything else that got me my dream car.

I sincerely would like to thank everyone for everything they did.
