Lily is new to B.C, originally from Toronto, came to Kia West to work with Adam on finding a vehicle that was AWD. She originally was very insecure about vehicle shopping by herself and was worried she would be taken advantage of by a car salesman. However, after connecting with Adam, Adam made her feel at ease and allowed her the time and space to make the decision on what would work best for her. She had a very tight budget for a compact SUV with low mileage, no accident and with All-Wheel Drive. Adam worked with her for over a month sending some suggestions, gave her space and he ended up building good report with her. A month later she left extremely happy in her 2021 Seltos EX AWD with only 17k kms and below their budget ticking all their boxes of preferred car.
