Dear Ben,

This note is to express my gratitude to you, the New Car Sales Manager, to Jonathan, and to Tony for the excellent service I received when I purchased my new Kia Rio 5! Each of you went out of your way to ensure that I would be leaving as a satisfied customer. You did not disappoint me!
