Dear Kia West and Stephen,
My experience with Kia West started on July 14 when I was very hesitant to go to the dealership. My car broke down a week prior and had been to several mechanics but no one was able to figure out what was wrong. They estimated it would be around $3,000 to fix through the original dealership (which happened to be Kia West). I had recently taken out an auto loan in September to help with my husband’s new car. Having not the greatest credit history I was forced to call Canada Drives for an auto loan considering I had a loan in my name currently, most banks would not approve of a second loan in my name. They came back to me with an approval of 29% financing rate for a 2007 Mazda CX7. They told me that the car was $10,000 plus the 29% financing. I was devastated. My husband was the one who convinced me to go to Kia West since I was a past customer and see what they could do to help. When I walked into Kia West Noah a sales manager greeted me right away. He asked me what would be my dream car from the lot. I told him it would be impossible but would love to drive a Kia Sorento. He then introduced me to Stephen. Stephen sat us down and listened to what types of features would be important in a Sorento. He jotted everything down and said he would be right back. Within minutes Stephen came back and said lets go test drive this 2019 Kia Sorento. I told him that I would be very disappointed if I fell in love with this car and would not be approved through financing. He assured me that there was something that could be done. We went out for a test drive and sure enough I fell in love with this SUV. By the time I had come back Noah had worked his magic and was able to get this car approved at 3% financing! I was in shock as Canada Drives had told me that all banks had denied me for approval. With the help of Heather in financing I was able to leave the same day with this 2019 Kia Sorento my dream car!! I am forever grateful for the help the team at Kia West has done for my family. And I would especially like to thank Stephen , Noah and Heather for getting me my dream car.

I would like to thank Raj for his outstanding service, help, and worked sooooooo hard for me in order to get the right vehicle for me at the right price. I was going through a very tough time and he stood by side, listened and let me cry on his shoulder. Raj promised me he help me and he did not give up in order to make sure I got the best price and also helped take away a debt from another vehicle that I got for my ex because he was in debt and then left me with the debt. I thought my credit was gone. Raj got rid of that debt and got me a new reliable car. Raj has a big heart and he cares very much.
